In Syria, the only way to play Pokemon go is to use a special proxy, and even if you get one, the unstable internet connection is going to frustrate you. Adding to the fact that Syria is a battleground – where a senseless war is being waged, the probability of stepping on a mine, falling from high places or being shot is very high. Altogether gameplay in this war-torn country is frustrating and dangerous. To raise awareness, several activists, artist, and even kids posted these photos.
